Kelly T. Gonzalez

Kelly T. Gonzalez has concentrated in school law since 2011.  She has represented Massachusetts school district clients in a variety of matters, including labor and employment, student discipline, and special education matters.  Attorney Gonzalez has represented school district cients in statutory and grievance arbitrations, before variuos state agencies, and in civil litigation in state and federal courts, including the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and Massachusetts Appeals Court.  Previously, Attorney

Gonzalez worked for six years at the Boston office of Goodwin Procter LLP, where she represented clients in a variety of civil litigation matters. During law school, Attorney Gonzalez was an editor of Boston College Law Review and interned for Hon. Francis Spina, Justice of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and Hon. R. Marc Kantrowitz, Justice of the Massachusetts Appeals Court.

Attorney Gonzalez is a cum laude graduate of Duke University (B.A. 2000) and a magna cum laude graduate of Boston College Law School (J.D. 2005).  She is admitted to the bar of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
