Rosann DiPietro, a partner in the law firm of Long and DiPietro, represents School Districts throughout Massachusetts in matters concerning general school law, special education, student discipline, and employment law. She has been a featured speaker at workshops on topics of employment discrimination, special education, and technology in the public schools. She recently authored a chapter on Public Schools and the Internet for MCLE’s Publication School Law in Massachusetts. She also authored an article entitled “Constitutional Limitations on a Public School’s Authority to Punish Student Internet Speech”, recently published in the Journal of Internet Law. Attorney DiPietro has represented clients in all aspects of litigation since 1990.
