Family Law
Joseph P. Long offers a range of services to individuals and families covering all aspects of family law.  On behalf of his clients, Joseph Long will file the complaint or joint petition, prepare financial statements, investigate financial and other relevant materials, obtain temporary orders, negotiate terms of settlement agreements, and conduct the trial.

Criminal Defense
Joseph P. Long has experience defending the rights of people arrested and accussed of criminal offenses.  He represents clients in OUI cases and other criminal offenses such as burglaries, gender crimes, theft, assault, and drug crimes.  Joseph P. Long aggressively defends his clients’ constitutional rights.

Juvenile Law
Joseph P. Long has experience representing children and parents involved in DSS, DYS, CHINS and C&P procedures as well as defending Juvenile’s arrested and accused of criminal offenses.  He represents clients in Juvenile Court matters including gender based crimes, drug crimes, property crimes, and assault.  He aggressively defends his clients’ constitutional rights.
