Gonzalez is a magna cum laude graduate of Boston College Law School and a cum laude graduate of Duke University. She is admitted to the bar of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Prior to joining Long & DiPietro LLP in 2011, Kelly worked for six years at the Boston office of Goodwin Procter LLP, where she represented clients in a variety of civil litigation matters. During law school, Kelly was an editor of Boston College Law Review and interned for Hon. Francis Spina, Justice of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and Hon. R. Marc Katrowitz, Justice of the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
